Terrible!!!!
The item does not grind, it gets stuck. It definitely does not get the job done. It does require you to stop right after starting it to scrape the sides and pull everything out. For the amount you pay it is absurd for it not to work. It is definitely not worth the trouble. Customer service only advises to keep looking at videos for “proper use”. Absolutely do not Buy this item!! I am sure there are better ones out there!!

No me gustó la compra, por más que le busque a todo no encontré el botón de encender y apagar, solo funciona conectándolo directamente y mi madre no va poder con eso quise devolverlo pero no se como se hace, no la recomiendo

Worst service ever. I’ve been asking for a return for this machine because the power jumps every time I plug it in, but they keep asking me to send a video. I have no idea what kind of video they’re expecting.
