1 Stern Diese Mühle entspricht nach meiner Erfahrung in keiner Weise der angebotenen Beschaffenheit. Bereits bei Erhalt waren erhebliche Mängel vorhanden: hartnäckiger Rost im Mahlwerk bzw. im Lebensmittelkontaktbereich, Rost an den Schweißnähten, mangelhafte Verarbeitung und ein nicht sauber konzentrisch ausgerichtetes Mahlwerk. Der Rost war nicht bloß oberflächlich, sondern so fest vorhanden, dass erheblicher Aufwand nötig gewesen wäre, um ihn überhaupt zu entfernen. So etwas ist bei einer als Edelstahl-Mühle angebotenen Neuware völlig inakzeptabel. Hinzu kommt, dass der Mahlspalt ungleichmäßig ist und die beworbene Mahlfeinheit in meinem Fall nicht erreicht wurde. Damit weicht das gelieferte Gerät nicht nur optisch, sondern auch technisch und funktional deutlich von dem ab, was auf der Produktseite beworben wird. Besonders negativ ist für mich aber auch der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Seit geraumer Zeit versuche ich, die mangelhafte Ware abholen zu lassen und die Rückabwicklung zu erreichen. Statt einer klaren und sachlichen Lösung erhielt ich nach meinem Eindruck immer wieder automatische oder themenfremde Antworten, vertauschte bzw. unpassende Ticketzuordnungen und mehrfach Teilrückerstattungsangebote, die in keinem Verhältnis zu den tatsächlichen Mängeln stehen. Der Eindruck entsteht, dass hier alles versucht wird, um eine Abholung und vollständige Rücknahme zu vermeiden. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Produktqualität und der Bearbeitung der Reklamation äußerst unzufrieden.

Do not buy this grinder if you value peace of mind. It’s poorly designed and not user-friendly at all. I had trouble using and even assembling it. It arrived with rusty parts, and the return and refund process was a nightmare — it took weeks of back-and-forth communication, and I still didn’t receive a full refund. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Not grinding to fine powder No response for parts from Seller, horrible customer service, will be a paper weight if stone breaks/wore out.

Received used product with poor product quality. Customer service is also not great with automated message stating someone will get back to me in 48 hours. It has been well over 48 hours and no one has responded. Not happy with product and lack of customer service. The impeller had a bunch of holes as if some drilled on it. The grinder had a high pitch metal to metal sound when rotating the dial past half way mark on more fine finish. Lastly, I kept trying to add picture to show quality defects but it is not letting me add as it needs to be a certain size.

bought this for the kitchen. It's the size of an airplane engine. Looked closer at the specifications surprised to see how heavy it was - could not take it out of the box. The picture has a quaint device on the kitchen counter. They refused to take it back?! still in the box. totally unused. Do not buy from this company.

It does not mill wheat to a fine powder like it says it does it spins to fast an create a vortex an blowed all the actual fine powder out the back of the machine do not recommend for making flour at all if your making corn meal it would be fine bc it only does course grinding

Fonctionne. Mais l'échauffement des meules pour obtenir une mouture fine est très problématique et suffisamment important pour dénaturer les produits fragiles. L'habillage inox du moulin est mal ajusté et produit un niveau de bruit élevé. Par ailleurs, habitant en Guadeloupe j'ai payé 2 fois la TVA sans que Vevor ne me réponde quant au remboursement de la TVA trop perçue

Buyer beware, my wife picked this out and was so excited to use it. The sound was so deafening that I could hear it in our driveway. She used it once and it coated our kitchen in a fine flour powder - in the picture it is on the stool, water filter, all the counters. We watched the video on the webpage that shows it running and the flour dropping straight into a small bowl. That video is totally inaccurate. To make it worse, Vevor asked that she run it again and take a video - once again our kitchen was coated in flour dust. Buyer beware!
