The rails quality is good as it has always been, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service this time. I take my promises to customers seriously, and I am committed to keeping them. So, when Vevor placed the delivery date on the item's page (which was supposed to be the next day), I felt like I had enough time for the project I'm about to start. I placed an order on December 2nd with a realistic expectation of receiving it by December 5th, and I believe that I can finish the job by December 9. The package was delivered on December 10th. If I had known, I wouldn't have given the customer a false promise, and also, I would have ordered those same rails for much cheaper from Temu or AliExpress. It seems to me that Vevor sales manipulated delivery dates to persuade customers.
Not any of the customer service representatives I spoke to during the waiting process admitted to wrongdoing.

Tja, was soll ich einen Review machen von einem bestellten Artikel der nie geliefert wurde. Versprochen wurde eine Lieferung in bis zu 6 Tagen. Nach einem Monat war immer noch keine Lieferung im Hause. Anbieter war kulant und hat den Bestellbetrag zurück vergütet aber das gewünschte produkt habe ich trotzdem nicht und muss es nun andersweitig beziehen.
