The blade just doesn't do a straight cut. I got in touch with their customer service, they refunded me and confirmed my unit was defective so I ordered it again... and the new unit had the same defect. They refunded me again (so 5 stars to customer service) but how come this product got so many good reviews everywhere when it can't even do straight cuts? Clearly the issue is with an entire series since I got the same issue twice...

Worse paper cutter ever purchased. Part was broken and they said they were sending a new part and never did. Then said refunding partial money instead. Shows cuts through 300 pages could only cut through 10 pages and still had issues.

I don’t suggest getting bone of these products , the handle /cutter was all warped/ twisted and you can not cut straight, all the alignment is off and not worth the time and effort! Theblade it’s self isn’t sharp Don’t bother

Product is supposed to cut 16 sheets of paper. It wont cut velcro strips. WORST customer service ever. Been trying to return this thing for TWO WEEKS. Nothing but the runaround and silence.

Je suis déçue ! En lisant les commentaires, je croyais que j'allais avoir un produit fonctionnel pour mon besoin (j'ai une papeterie). Malheureusement, la lame ne touche pas la rebord à moins de forcer vers l'intérieur. Pas pratique si j'ai 250 feuilles à découper, tendinite potentielle au rendez-vous. Je vais me faire rembourser.

This is an ok papercutter. However, I think it is made cheaply, and some of the features are more annoying and "in the way" than useful. Firstly, the papercutter is too lightweight; it moves around when cutting. Secondly, the features such as the alignment ruler and the paper clamp are not very user-friendly and are simply annoying. Who's gonna use the alignment ruler for every single cut? It's tedious and a waste of time. The paper clamp reduces visibility and makes it tough to see what you are doing. The clamp also goes crooked and moves the paper. Thirdly, the blade is warped (I assume to cut properly), but it is actually tough to consistently cut straight. That is my opinion. The company also refused to return or refund this item.

The cutter is unusable. Magnetic registration is not working at all. Shifting easy. Build quality is extremely bad Impossible to cut 90 degrees corners. Not recommended to buy!

La guillotina está bien, pero no hay manera de conseguir repuestos para la navaja, no corresponden a ninguna medida estándar y Vevor no vende remplazos para sus propios productos, por lo que si estás buscando este producto para un negocio o trabajos de alta demanda la guillotina se vuelve un producto desechable una vez que se dañe la navaja original, por lo que el precio deja de ser una buena oferta, ya que por lo mismo se pueden conseguir modelos con navajas de tamaños estándar, una lástima.

It did not cut the 16 paper capacity. The blade was not sharp. I don't recommend.
