The unit never worked properly. It did a very poor job of cleaning bicycle parts, which were not super dirty, despite running multiple cycles with degreaser. The heating function failed after a few cycles. The drain hose did not connect securely to the unit and leaked. To the company’s credit, they promptly refunded the full purchase price. I am now left to dispose of this useless product. What a waste!

Poor quality machine. Cuts mains power while operating.
Vevor customer service is appalling, No response from their online warranty support centre.
Contacted through live chat, now being bounced around to numerous people, and refusing to warrant the product.
I guess that's what you get when you try to save a few dollars.

A fuir machine de mauvaise qualité qui ne fonctionne même pas a l arrivé juste branché des étincelles sont sortis de l arrière de la machine en me fesant sauter le conteur électrique
Le service client a fuir également il demande une vidéo quand vous leur envoyer il vous dise qu il arrive pas a la lire bref une perte de temps que au final il on juste a donner un bordereau de retour

The unit blew a fuse in the first 30 minutes of operation & tripped the electricity to our home.
After reporting the issue it became a back & forth with vector for weeks to receive a full refund for a faulty unit.
I would never purchase from this group again

It does not clean anything. I put expensive jewelry in it for it to come back dull. It’s only heating up water z, which isn’t working. Let me take my jewelry back to Windsor jewelry!
