Disappointed. The advertised performance does not match real-world results. I bought this 0.8L unit mainly to clean dental aligners/retainers. On the product page it is marketed as a “35W” ultrasonic cleaner with a heater and timer, and it claims strong cleaning results (oil/wax/biofilm, no scrubbing needed). In practice, the cleaning performance is very weak. I tested it properly: warm water (~40–45°C), correct water level (not overfilled), the supplied stainless-steel basket (items not touching the tank bottom), and only a single drop of mild detergent (no foam). I ran multiple cycles (up to 30 minutes total). Results were still clearly worse than a much smaller and cheaper cleaner I used before. Also, the specs list “Transducer Power: 24W”, not 35W, and the heater barely warms the water during operation, so the “heater” feature feels ineffective. For a product marketed for cleaning jewelry, glasses, and dental items, I expected noticeably stronger cavitation and better cleaning. Based on my experience, this unit is either defective or does not meet the expectations created by the product listing. I would not recommend it for dental appliances.

It has Been a month all they keep saying is their logistics team confirm it was delivered however, I keep expressing it is not my house and I have surveillance cameras all over including one facing the door and no one delivered anything. I have been arguing with them, the shipping company, and PayPal. This is ridiculous.

This device just stopped working. I turned it on one day and it started emitting a high pitched noise (not the ultrasonic noise it usually emits), and then a popping sound. The display never came back on. This things dead. So then I checked to see when I bought it. It's still under the 12 month "warranty". However there isn't any way on the website to contact anyone about a warranty claim. I even filled out the warranty certificate request, but there is no actual way to file a warranty claim. The website just directs you to the manual, or to order "accessories" for the device.

I've had the cleaner for almost a year. I've used maybe a dozen times over that time. I set the machine and timer as normal and walked away for 5 minutes to come back to a machine that wouldn't power on. I replaced the fuse on the switch and the red light was turning on, but no power to the control board.

Reçu relativement rapidement la commande mais appareil défectueux, après plus de 10 jours d’échanges d’e-mail, il me propose de m’envoyer une carte mère mais avec un délai de 10 à 15 jours… J’insiste pour avoir un nouvel appareil mais toujours pas d’acceptation de leur part, je ne recommande pas du tout cet entreprise.
