This has worked well, as well as other weed barriers I've used in the past. They all seem to allow 8-12% weeds through, but a quick shot of weed spray keeps the surface looking good.

I needed this for my Doidles backyard
I am saying it’s hers
Because
It was a well groomed and planted backyard until
I got a Doddle puppy
Who ate everything Except the Mature Rosemary bush and the dwarf Butterfly bush
Even the Bark mulch wasn’t safe
I took all the grass out
Lined the backyard with This weed barrier
And replaced the grass with Pea Gravel
My Doodle has not broken thru the surface of this barrier
And I am excited about how easy it was to lay
Even for an older woman

We bought this because it was thicker for our landscaping which we used river rock ontop of it and it keeps the weeds out great product

It’s great and you get a ton of it for the price. There’s not a huge discrepancy in quality of landscape fabric out there so it is what it is. You get a lot for the price.

I bought this earlier this spring for a base to my raised beds. It’s been a super durable ground fabric. Originally was going to put holes in it to plant in ground, then decided to go weed free raised beds. It doesn’t get hot to walk on, I blow any clippings and leaves off it and the garden looks beautiful and orderly. Highly recommend. Also recommend 6” U stakes, they hold very well in wind.
