Did not sharpen the chain at the angle or bevel it was supposed to. When I tried to return it and upgrade to their better version vevor would not return it. So it just sits as a paper weight on my bench.

Chain doesn't move freely on the chain holder ,catches on the front end ,you have to lift it up then move . when you lock chain down its no longer at the Degree you set it . the one I replaced with this one worked better even worn out.

Leider können wir unseren Kauf nicht bewerten, weil wir bislang noch keine Betriebsanleitung in deutscher Sprache von Ihnen erhalten haben. Wir haben Sie am 11.06.2025 diesbezüglich kontaktiert und obwohl Sie uns zugesagt haben, dass Sie sich maximal nach 48 Stunden bei uns melden würden, ist nichts passiert. So etwas kann man leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir bitten Sie höflich darum, uns eine deutschsprachige Bedienungsanleitung zuzusenden. Dann kann man auch eine entsprechende Bewertung abgeben.

Recieved my sharpener and went through the package and found the boxes for stones but they where missing. Looked like it was sent returned and resent to me missing Stones. Can not review the product without Stones the grinder is worthless.

After spending much more time than I wanted or expected trying to setup this sharpener-I quit. Tried my best but life is too short and this is going into the trash. Interesting that even though I have a pretty big/powerful saw, the grinding wheel is too big to fit properly as it comes so the instructions indicate that I just need to grind/file down the wheel so it will fit. They provide a stone for this purpose. After much time the stone has certainly melted but the grinding wheel is just as big as it was when I started. I’m out.

Maine shafts is not aligned
The motor shaft is not properly aligned, and the grinding wheel vibrates a lot. I have read reviews after and I'm not the only one whit this problem... Don't recommend to buy this chainsaw sharpener...
