The inversion table took a little time to assemble but it is worth it. two of us assembled it, making it much easier, but one person could do the job. Together, it took us around a half hour to assemble, with much of that trying to figure out what the directions were trying to explain. That would be my only issue with the product. The directions were lacking good pictures, and some parts, like the washers weren't always shown with a number, and you really had to look closely to see any indication of their use in the drawings. Once assembled, the thing is very easy to use. The height adjustments seem accurate for us, so you just pull a detention handle and slide the adjustment to your height, then climb on, tuck your arms into the shoulder straps, and pull yourself into an inverted position. When you're done, you can easily pull yourself back to an upright position. It's a comfortable table, and does the job it is supposed to. The build quality seems good, with a very solid feel. It doesn't feel tippy or flimsy at all. I feel this is a great item, at a good price. Many of these tables sell for a lot more money, and using one of these from time to time should spare me some trips to the chiropractor for a visit.
