Im absolutely OBSESSED with this mixer! I don't have a bakery just bake at home but I like to make big batches and freeze the extra. This absolutely makes the best dough! I was going to go with a smaller mixer but my last one was getting too hot making bread dough but this one is fabulous. If you bake a lot this is definitely worth it! So impressed ..
