A: Press the KEEP FRESH button. The machine enters keep-fresh mode to avoid remaining ingredients in the hopper.The keep-fresh temperature range is 8℃–12℃.
Q: Why does my ice cream machine make unusual noises?
A: Please ensure both cylinders are filled with ice cream mix before operation. Operating the machine with one cylinder empty, both empty, one with mix and the other with water, or both with water, may cause abnormal noise and should be avoided.
Q: Why is my ice cream not firm enough?
A: The default hardness setting is 4.0, which works well under normal conditions. Please also make sure to follow the exact mix ratio stated on the ice cream powder package.
