This commercial electric fryer has two powerful heating elements that quickly heat the oil to the desired temperature, ensuring fast and thorough cooking.
The temperature can be conveniently set from 50 to 200 °C. The commercial fryer switches off automatically if the temperature exceeds 230 °C or if there is a malfunction in the temperature controller.
All parts, including the oil tank, can be easily removed for cleaning. The stainless steel exterior makes wiping after use easy.
A cool-touch handle protects your hands, while a matching cover reduces oil splashes. A front hook makes emptying the basket easy.
