- High-quality stainless steel: This commercial corn mill is made of high-quality stainless steel with a smooth surface, preventing powder buildup on the inner wall. The construction offers excellent protection against corrosion and rust. It is easy to clean and has a long service life. With its attractive design, this electric grain mill will fit perfectly in your kitchen. It is suitable for dry grains, not for wet or oily grains.
- Efficient Grinding: This industrial electric mill is equipped with a 2200W pure copper motor that achieves a high output of 110 lbs/h (50 kg/h) at a high speed of 1400 rpm, making grinding more efficient. Furthermore, our grain mill features two robust grinding discs, three stainless steel scrapers, and a rotating shaft that turns and grinds the material into powder. The mill comes with a total of four grinding discs for easy replacement.
- Adjustable Powder Fineness: This electric grain mill is easy to use and features two buttons for starting and stopping the machine. The powder fineness can also be adjusted from 0 to 50 mesh using a fineness control knob to suit different materials. Turn the knob counterclockwise for a coarse powder and clockwise for the desired powder fineness, thus reducing wear on the grinding discs.
- Notable and exquisite details: A food-grade stainless steel hopper with a large capacity increases work efficiency. It is easy to clean and fill. A shut-off valve allows you to regulate the quantity and speed. To ensure powder hygiene, the outlet is equipped with a strong magnet that collects any iron filings. The overload protection activates automatically if the mill is overloaded, thus protecting the motor from damage.
- Versatile applications: The electric corn mill consists of a dustproof bag, a feed rod, a brush, a steel brush, a spoon, additional overload protection, a bearing, four grinding wheels, and some tools. It is ideal for grinding grains, sesame seeds, nuts, soybeans, corn, spices, sorghum, etc.

dannytomblinson63 Don't shut off with corn in it, run out or shut off supply
Excellent quality, I've had the grinder less than a month and have already made over 3 55gal. barrels of cracked corn for the chickens. Around 30 min. Per barrel. We are moving to cattle feed next. I'm very satisfied with everything I've ever bought from VEVOR.

mangusfarm Works great!
I've had the grinder for a few months now and it works great. I wish I had purchased it sooner. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a small farm that wants to mix their own animal feed.

Davis M Exceptional value & performance for the money.
This mill performs in line with what you see, but hugely above expectations for the price. This thing is large, and grinds exceptionally well. For the price you pay, the base unit, plus the wet-dry switch-over stones... someone would be expecting to pay 3+ times this. The motor runs strong. My wife and I have made quick work of grinding 150+ pounds of chicken feed from raw grains(within 2 hours). Til this time, we only had a small countertop grain mill(Jupiter home grinder) and a slightly larger Champion unit with grain mill attachment - you'd be faced with committing a whole afternoon to process 100# of grains for these mills.
Truly, very impressive value for the money...!

About this item
Description
A grain mill fulfills all the requirements of daily milling.
The 2.2 kW motor made of pure copper is characterized by high power output, low energy consumption and high speed with low noise levels.
Our grain mill is suitable for grinding all types of oily, fibrous, dry, hard, sugary, etc. materials. It is frequently used in the food industry, processing plants, markets, on farms, and in private households.
Production capacity: 50 kg/h. There is a coarse and a fine control valve for adjusting the powder fineness (0-50 mesh). The parameter can be adjusted during the grinding process. It is recommended to first obtain a coarse powder and then a superfine powder.
The electric mill consists of two grinding discs that rotate and press against each other, thus grinding the material. The grinding element and the grinding bowl are precisely matched to the tooth curve to reduce noise and vibration.
The special discharge nozzle with iron extraction allows for quick and clean emptying. Several ventilation openings improve ventilation and heat dissipation of the motor.
