I bought this winch to lift my 28 foot by 6 foot dock frame out of the lake water sp that it the frame would not be destroyed by ice. I have hand cranked it out for years. The last last brand new hand winch broke on the first use. The cable broke. . This unit is great. The delivery process did take weeks and seemed to get lost by UPS. They finally delivered to a store 30 miles away and I picked it up. . By that time Vevor had refunded my money. We are trying to remake payment.
