- 24-HOUR AIRTIGHT SEAL: The glass lid is fitted with a gasket and a silicone cover, and the valve has been retrofitted with threaded connections. Rubber seals are used at the vacuum gauge connections, ensuring excellent airtightness. The system can achieve a vacuum level down to -29 inHg. Tests showed a leakage rate of approximately 5% over 12 hours.
- HIGH-PRESSURE RESISTANT STRUCTURE: The vacuum chamber is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and can withstand high vacuum pressures without deforming. It is also corrosion-resistant, ensuring its durability even if liquids enter the chamber during degassing.
- TEMPERED GLASS LID: With its approximately 2 cm thick lid made of high-hardness tempered glass, it allows for easy observation of the degassing process. Specifically designed for stabilizing wood and experiments with volatile compounds, it features high corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to chemical corrosion, making it less prone to breakage.
- EASY OPERATION: The silicone oil-filled vacuum gauge offers excellent shock absorption and enables precise readings and measurements of the vacuum level in the chamber. The valve design on the gauge facilitates airflow control and vacuum level adjustment. Convenient accessories include a 1.5 m flexible hose that withstands negative vacuum pressures without deformation. The inlet valve is equipped with a silencer valve that effectively reduces noise and filters dust. You can also place the non-slip silicone pad in the chamber for easy cleanup of spilled solvents.

This vacuum chamber has a stainless steel 304 body and a glass lid. It exhibits a leakage rate of approximately 5% over 12 hours and is suitable for stabilizing wood, volatile compounds, and also for degassing silicone, resin, polyurethane, etc.
A high-pressure-resistant vacuum chamber with a large capacity and a shatterproof and corrosion-resistant lid made of tempered glass. This allows you to conveniently observe the entire evacuation process.
The glass lid is equipped with rubber seals and silicone sealing caps, while the valve connection parts are threaded to ensure a perfect seal during the degassing process. The leakage rate is approximately 5% over a 12-hour period.
