- High-quality materials: Made from a robust two-layer structure, consisting of an outer nylon layer and a middle layer of stainless steel wire braid tightly encasing an inner layer of CPE rubber. This construction reduces internal pressure, minimizes wear, and increases flexibility and mechanical strength. Our fuel hoses are suitable for diesel, gasoline, and gear oil (except E85).
- Exceptional durability: Our fuel hose kit features a 3-ply construction and offers a remarkable burst pressure of 2000 psi with a maximum working pressure of 500 psi. It operates in temperatures from -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C), ensuring reliability even under extreme conditions.
- Various fittings are included: The braided fuel line has an inner diameter of 0.43 inches (10.92 mm), an outer diameter of 0.64 inches (16.26 mm), and a generous length of 20 feet (609.6 cm). Our fuel line kit features 12 fittings that are perfectly compatible with the 8AN swivel hose end.
- Leak-proof seal: To ensure long-term leak-free operation and a uniform seal, the fuel line kit includes 10 sealing rings that provide a tight and trouble-free connection.
