The onboard air compressor set consists of a 3-liter air tank, a compressor, and hoses. The compressor is designed for automatic operation and ensures that the tank pressure remains optimal within its operating range. Ideal for various applications.
The compressor operates automatically, refilling when the cylinder pressure drops below 90 psi and shutting off when it exceeds 120 psi to prevent over-pressurization. A pressure gauge monitors the tank level, and an improved leak detection system ensures reliable horn activation.
The PA pipe withstands temperatures up to 120 °C, while the motor protection switch automatically trips at 100 °C and resets after cooling. Equipped with fuses and a drain plug for easy removal of accumulated water.
Thick, shock-absorbing rubber buffers can be fitted between the bottom bracket of the fuel tank and the vehicle to securely fasten the tank and reduce noise caused by vibrations during driving.
This air compressor is compatible with any vehicle that operates on a 12-volt system and is ideal for trucks, SUVs, cruise ships and other common vehicle types.
