- Infinitely variable speed control: The mini metal lathe is powered by a 750W brushless motor. Variable speed (RPM): 50-3000±10%. Spindle taper: MT5. The LED display clearly shows the speed for precise work. Soft start, switch for clockwise or counterclockwise spindle rotation. Operation is possible manually or with adjustable automatic feed.
- 600 mm swivel range: The bench lathe features a 4.9-inch (125 mm) diameter three-jaw chuck. The 8.7-inch (220 mm) swivel range over the bed and the 23.6-inch (600 mm) swivel range over the cross slide offer greater flexibility for large or heavy workpieces. Inch thread range: 8-44 TPI available.
- Compact tool holder: The tool holder of the mini lathe can be changed quickly and enables the cutting of internal and external surfaces as well as angled surfaces. This is achieved by adjusting the angle of the tool holder and the support, while the cutting tools can be freely moved with the feed rod. The heat-hardened lead screw can be switched between three speeds by turning the two handles below the rotary switch.
- Safety & Protection: The steady rest acts as an end support and ensures stable operation. The follower steady rest is used for turning long, narrow workpieces. Includes edge protection. A digital display clearly shows the speed and ensures precise, smooth operation.
- Adjustable tailstock: Tailstock taper: MT2. Turn the lever clockwise to lock the tailstock and advance the handwheel. Tailstock offset for taper cutting is achieved by adjusting the four set screws at the tailstock base.
