The macerator box was damaged, and by the time I assembled the toilet (four months later), I discovered it had a crack and was leaking. I filed a complaint, and a week later, Vevor sent me a replacement macerating pump. Being impatient, I had already ordered a new pump, which arrived before Vevor offered their solution. Now I have a spare pump. As for performance, it works great—quiet, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend it!

This efficient macerating toilet system processes multiple wastewater sources and offers a complete shower drainage solution with a single pump. If you don't wish to use all the inlets, simply close the remaining ones with the included covers.
The built-in sharp blades grind wastewater, debris, and hair into small particles, ensuring a smoother water flow without blockages. The noise generated during the process is quiet enough not to disturb normal sleep.
