Mooi afgewerkt fijn pizza staal. Al een aantal keer op gebakken. Duurt wel even voor het staal op temperatuur is maar het resultaat is fantastisch. Ik heb al aardig wat complimenten gekregen over de pizzas die gemaakt zijn met deze staal. Dikke aanrader!!

I have made three pizzas so far and each one has been terrific. I get an even bake on the bottom of the dough. I preheat to 500 degrees on my griddle. This has allowed us to get rid of our Blackstone pizza oven. A little surprised at how much it weighs, but it is fantastic.

Came earlier than promised. Bought it to create the conditions of a pizza oven in my home oven. I make neapolitan pizza with it and does a great job. I seasoned it. Says it's rustproof but I still need to give it a light coat of oil from time to time.

It heats up quickly and evenly and has 20 times the thermal conductivity of ceramic stones, resulting in a crispy and delicious pizza. You don't need to worry about seasoning it initially, as the pizza arrives pre-seasoned.
Our pizza steel undergoes an oxidation treatment, and it's normal for it to turn blue after use at high temperatures. The sandblasting process ensures a smooth surface, making cleaning with a soft cloth and water a breeze.
This carbon steel pizza stone ensures rapid heating and even baking. With 20 times the thermal conductivity and twice the heat capacity of ceramic stones, it offers excellent insulation for perfect baking results every time.
Place the steel plate in the oven and preheat it to 288°C for 45 to 60 minutes. Then place your pizza on the preheated steel plate for 4 to 6 minutes, making sure it doesn't burn. When the pizza is done, you can take it out and enjoy.
