I bought this to replace a logitech challenge X chair which actually cost more and was not as solid.
This chair is excellent quality. Heavy solid and can hold a 6' 2" racer no problems. Easy to switch between my daughter's boyfriend and myself I am only 5' 8". The only thing to note is that to raise the foot pedals nice and high you have to put the steering column closer to the driver and the pedals on the outside which is the opposite of how they want you to build it in the directions. However once you do this you will extend the pedals enough for tall racers. I can't say enough how good this chair feels and the rugid sturdyness for the price is unbeatable.
