- Efficient Fat-Burning & Shaping: Our dual-knee squat machine helps guide your body into the correct squat posture, ensuring you get the full benefits of squats. The natural movement promotes calorie burning, builds lower body strength, and improves balance. It also helps strengthen the waist, boost energy, sculpt your figure, slim the waist and legs, and lift the glutes
- Durable Build, High Load Capacity: This deep squat machine features a heavy-duty Q235 steel frame and non-slip rubber foot pads, supporting up to 265 lbs / 120 kg. Plastic anti-slip pads protect your floor and prevent sliding, while the sturdy construction maximizes stability and safety
- Multiple Adjustable Levels: Easily customize your workout with multiple adjustments! The squat machine has 4-level back cushion, 5-level seat height, and 2-level foot support (max difference 80 mm). The spring knob system makes adjustments simple and tool-free. Suitable for beginners, rehabilitation users, and fitness enthusiasts alike
- Versatile Training Options: This glutes workout equipment supports a wide range of exercises including squats, back extensions, side stretches, lunges, and sit-ups. Whether you’re a beginner learning squats or an athlete refining technique, it ensures safe and effective training, making it a valuable addition to your home gym
- Space-Saving Design: The split back cushion folds up 180°, and the compact frame (43.3 x 19.7 in) saves space. With PVC wheels for easy movement, you can conveniently store it in corners, beside the bed, or in a closet without occupying living space
