sarahkbh92 Can pluck turkeys!!
Bought this plucker a month ago and ran out 7 turkeys through it. It worked great. Turkeys ranged from 14 lbs to 23 lbs (dressed weight). Took some extra work on the bigger ones to keep repositioning them to get all sides since they were so large but still took off majority of the feathers. Just a few tail and wing feathers really to clean up. We do scald our turkeys before plucking, at 150° for 30 seconds. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a turkey plucker.

Was very impressed with how Quickly it plucked and cleaned the bird, my only regret was not getting it sooner, I did 37 birds in one day, it did come dented terribly but did not effect the machine working so I did not complain
