Alan Exceeds Expectations
I am extremely pleased with this warmer. Very well protected in shipping. Removing the protective film was easier than described in most reviews. Took two men 30 minutes. Love the racks inside. Controls are easy to use. After heating for about one hour to break in we used it and it performed well keeping freshly prepared breakfast meats and eggs and biscuits warm. The ability to ad up to 2 liters of water keeps food from drying out.
Unit is easily cleaned. Hoping that this unit continues to work for many years.
This is for a church kitchen and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Vous avez besoin d'une armoire chauffante, c'est celle-ci qu'il vous faut, simple d'utilisation, très belle armoire efficace. Livraison en temps et heure et surtout très bien protégé dans un caisson bois adapté pour le transport. Après quelques essais concluant, excellents résultats.

First of all, we've only used the warmer once. Everything as worked as described. I was hesitant to order from Vevor because I wasn't familiar with this company but after researching, I decided to take a chance. I got a little nervous because the shipping wasn't updating and it didn't arrive as scheduled. There were no numbers to call so I was getting worried. The online chat was useless, but the email was responded to quickly. Customer service reassured me and the product did finally arrive. If I had a complaint, it would be customer service told me they would give me a $60 refund for the delay in delivery, but it was never received. I would use this company again.
