- Easy filling: Our automatic weighing, filling and packaging machine processes particles down to Φ<10 mm, and that's not all! It effortlessly fills everything from spice powders and tea leaves to grains.
- Precise filling: With its built-in two-stage vibration motor, our particle filling machine guarantees an accuracy of ±2 g. Effortlessly fill anything from 1 g to 200 g. Compared to machines with single vibration, our dual vibration motor ensures better discharge and prevents residue from remaining inside.
- Intelligent control: Take control effortlessly! The automatic powder filling machine features an intelligent control panel that allows you to easily adjust filling weights and speeds to different materials. It is multifunctional and incredibly easy to use.
- Sensitive sensors: No more manual problems! The outlet of our powder packaging machine features an intelligent infrared sensor function that automatically detects when dispensing is required, without the need for switches.
- Robust construction for continuous use: Our powder filling machine is made entirely of stainless steel, and the main components (hopper/vibrating tray/weighing hopper/discharge opening) are made of food-grade 304 material. It ensures reliable performance and safety with every filling operation.

There should be better instructions to calibrate but at the end I figured it out on my own. Also the handle on the right side was broken. But overall its a good machine.

About this item
Description
VEVOR Powder and Particle Filling Machine
Steel balls or glass beads tend to build up static electricity. Sticky substances may not flow smoothly, and wet or bloated foods can cause blockages.
Are you tired of the tedious manual filling process? Then the semi-automatic filling machine from VEVOR is just what you need!
Our granule filling machine features a transparent window on top, allowing you to monitor the operation and prevent blockages. The 304 stainless steel hopper ensures food safety while providing ample capacity.
Forget complicated settings! Our weighing and filling machine features an intuitive control panel, making adjustments a breeze.
Before using the automatic scale, simply remember to remove the screws on the underside with a wrench. From then on, everything runs smoothly with easy-to-understand controls – no fuss, no stress.
