Commercial sausage filling machine
Equipped with two venting valves that ensure rapid venting even at high speeds. The speed is adjustable during the filling process and can therefore be adapted to the different requirements of meat processing.
The 200W high-performance motor ensures stable and rapid sausage filling and is easily suitable for continuous operation. A foot switch allows for operation by a single person.
A continuously adjustable speed control adapts the filling speed to the sausage-making conditions, ensuring optimal texture. The design with two outlet valves effectively removes excess air and minimizes air pockets in the sausages.
It is made of robust, corrosion-resistant and durable SUS304 stainless steel. All parts that come into contact with food are made of food-grade stainless steel.
The tilting container makes it easy to fill with different types of meat and to clean. Four rubber feet adapt to different surfaces and ensure a secure stand.
