It works, but struggles to pull my 1400lb boat onto the trailer in a reasonable amount of time. I've dunked the outriggers in water thinking there was a friction issue, but that wasn't it. Tried multiple work arounds and really the only efficient way to use the winch is assisting with the crank. Seems like I'm right back to where I was with the manual hand crank, because I'm operating the remote with one hand and cranking with the other. Where before I was using 2 hands on the manual crank. Not impressed with this product vs other winches I've purchased from Vevor.

tekman61 Had to remove it after modifying my mounting post to accommodate the winch. Ended up reinstalling the manual crank system

Very cheaply made. Noisey, does not have a locking system to hold the boat against the bow stop. Substandard materials that is not what I have come to expect from Vevor
