il faudrait des capuchons de protection sur les cosses et recouvrant les vis de fixation pour eviter tout contact accidentel. La notice devrait etre traduite dans la langue du pays ou le treuil est vendu. Tres bien emballé.

At first I bought 1 for my trailer, then decided to buy a backup. It lasted a year, then one day there was a pop, then smoke. I had to finish using the manual button. The issue is there are no grommets on the box holding the solenoid and remote control unit, and water enters the box. I bought another solenoid and box which ended up being much larger.

I expected more pulling power from this VEVOR winch. It can pull my boat onto the trailer, but I’m not very impressed with its performance. My boat weighs around 700 kg, and the trailer has roller bunks, so it should roll quite easily. Even so, the winch struggles and feels underpowered. It gets the job done, but much slower and with more effort than I expected. Overall, I was hoping for a stronger and more capable winch.y

Had this for 5 months, used it 5-6 times. The cable doesn't wrap well onto the spool, it will bunch up at one end filling that end of the spool and jamming up the winch. This also damages the cable, which will eventually end up inside your hand. On top of this, the unit is now dead. The gears broke and stripped out and it just grinds now. Trying to return, but can't quite find the right way to reach out to customer service.

Ik bestelde deze winch want het eerste exemplaar was vrij snel kapot. De installateur gebruikte niet de bijgeleverde kabelbegeleider dus de kabel liep vrij snel vast naast de bobijn. Ik dacht ik bestel meteen een nieuwe dezelfde. Nu leveren ze een ander model dat ik vervolgens niet kan installeren. Wanneer ik wil retouren loopt helemaal in de knoei. De klantenservice lijkt me vrij duidelijk een slecht AI chatbot. Maar als ik met hand en tand vraag om me gewoon het juiste op te stouren en retourprocedure op te starten dat lukt niet. Vele andere toestellen van vevor weinig shit mee gehad. Maar nu totaal in't zak gezet.
