Best bang for the buck you find in a 13,500# wilnch! I bought it and we used it to pull a 1949 Ford F5 (1.5 ton) truck on to a trailer and it never missed a beat. Have pulled several vehicles up on my trailer with it and it is awesome!!

I bought this months ago but wanted to install it myself so much time was spent ordering longer electrical cables for how I wanted to mount the control box plus ring terminals and a hydraulic crimper. Except for shorting myself when buying cable, the installation went clean and easy. If you have remote tech savvy, you can DIY but the instructions are really bad. Also, level of control box waterproofing stinks but she pulls like a n Army mule! I’m going to have to gusset my winch mount to prevent it from warping an hard pulls. Wireless remote case could be a bit more robust and have a more ergonomic shape but it appears to work great. Hope you take my comments as constructive and not as complaints. I picked this winch on purpose because for the price, you won’t find a harder working recovery tool for the casual off-roader!

Used for off road recovery on a 2000 excursion. Works very well. Love the remote!

Installation simple et rapide ,: les instructions sont claires et bien expliquées Je l'utilise en forêt sur un petit tracteur pour débarder: très efficace pour tirer des arbres accrochés, des troncs hors des parcelles qui seraient inaccessibles autrement. Il m'a aussi dépanné pour me desembourber (tracteur+ remorque chargée) sans avoir à appeler de l'aide... Très satisfait de mon achat : il fait parfaitement le job !

I have only used this one time, and it performed very well. I have it mounted to a trailer and used it to load a custom '37 Ford. For the price and the limited use I will have, it meets all my needs. Would buy again & recommend to others.
