Light usage, no warranty , very poor assistance from VEVOR , very disappointed! Gotta throw it away . only 11 months old stripped gears pulling a 400 pound box . My previous winch lasted me since 2009 . My assumption is that the metals used inside are too soft . Don’t waste your money.

I had a 3500lb winch that stopped working. I replace it with this one. this doesn't have nearly the power of my old one. I had it set up to lift something and it couldn't. I put my shoulder under this same thing and could lift it. maybe I'm hee-man and can lift 3500lbs? lol not. this thing struggles with a few hundred pounds.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE PROBLEM WITH THE WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED, SO THE PURCHASE IS A FAILURE.

Treuil déjà hors service au bout d’un peu plus d’un an. Utilisé que 4 fois. Je déconseille fortement ce produit. Cordialement M THOMAS.

worked then had strain on it and snapped in half. just grinds and ripped the thing into 2 pieces

I bought this winch for my snow plow on my Honda Pioneer 1000–5. I hooked everything all up the plow was probably 5 foot away from the machine when I got everything done I hooked the wind up to the plow. It wouldn’t even pull it back to the machine. Tried it anyway. It stopped halfway up No way

Apres 6 mois il est deja defectueux, ne fonctionne plus du tout. After 6 months it is already defective, no longer works at all.

Vevor dropped the ball on this. Could not tell me for a month what the bolt pattern was. Ordered it anyways because of their 100% guaranteed return policy. Arrived, didn’t fit, couldn’t even tell me it had only 3 mounting bolts. What winch only had 3 mounting bolts. They refused me to return the product, stuck with it, told me to go get it retro fitted at a shop. A months after it came they said the 4500 lb winch has 4 bolts. I sent them measurements, photos everything, they didn’t respond to anything. Way to go vevor. If anyone needs a rinky dink winch with 3 bolts holding it down, it’ll be good for pulling your kids wagon in the back yard.
