it works nice and all but did not get any hardware for mounting it down and no tow hook so i took the hook of of my old winch

This unit worked great with the snow plow but got stuck and the unit seized under heavy load. Contacted vevor and they sent a new unit. Will continue to use their products.

Vinssi täytti odotukset 6200 mm pitkän v eneen vetämiseksi telille. Olisi hyvä jos vinssille olisi sadekatos, vaikka se onkin kaikin puolin vedenpitävä. Vinssin akku on n. 70 Ah , joka on kytketty aurinkopaneliin. Hyvä sovellutus kun on off Grid systeemissä.

Purchased this winch to replace a 20-year old winch for my ATV. It’s used primarily to lift a snow blade. Installation was pretty straightforward. I did have to cut and re-splice the harness going to the up/down switch so I could route the harness correctly. Only negative about this which is that none of the wires going into the controller box were sealed. I applied clear silicone around the wires to help prevent moisture from getting in the controller box.
