Installed the winch and everything went as expected. When unlocking the drum to pull the line out, instead of powering it out, the drum was up and difficult to get it to rotate. Ice used it minimally, but perhaps it will wear in quickly and allow easier spooling.

Vevor dropped the ball on this. Could not tell me for a month what the bolt pattern was. Ordered it anyways because of their 100% guaranteed return policy. Arrived, didn’t fit, couldn’t even tell me it had only 3 mounting bolts. What winch only had 3 mounting bolts. They refused me to return the product, stuck with it, told me to go get it retro fitted at a shop. A months after it came they said the 4500 lb winch has 4 bolts. I sent them measurements, photos everything, they didn’t respond to anything. Way to go vevor. If anyone needs a rinky dink winch with 3 bolts holding it down, it’ll be good for pulling your kids wagon in the back yard.

Never received item due to shipper used. Not the first time this shipper returned my order without attempting delivery or "loosing" it. Sorry, as long as you keep using that shipper, I won't be ordering from you again.

The switches failed had to modify for installation.

Le treuil entre mais ne sort plus, quand je pese sur le bouton pour sortir j'entends un déclenchement mais rien ne bouge et le cable est pas coincé parceque quand je tourne la roue pour desambrayer le cable sort facilement je suis extrêmement déçu et vais demandé un remboursement

Light usage, no warranty , very poor assistance from VEVOR , very disappointed! Gotta throw it away . only 11 months old stripped gears pulling a 400 pound box . My previous winch lasted me since 2009 . My assumption is that the metals used inside are too soft . Don’t waste your money.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE PROBLEM WITH THE WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED, SO THE PURCHASE IS A FAILURE.

terrible customer service/sell a winch but can not provide a bracket or tell you which one worked with winch/had to hire a weld shop to modify one bought to work with it

Only used a couple of times and broke. Not getting much response for the return. Very disappointed

worked then had strain on it and snapped in half. just grinds and ripped the thing into 2 pieces
