Ich wende mich erneut an Sie. Die Lieferung wurde von UPS an Sie zurück geschickt und ich warte auf eine Antwort, warum das passiert ist. Sie wurde nie zu mir gesendet, ging direkt zurück und ich hätte gerne eine Lösung oder mein Geld zurück.

Order came promptly. Good buying experience. Had the fan three weeks. It got left in truck overnight and got rained on. Two days later it quit. Had to buy a replacement locally that wasn't electronically controlled than can tolerate getting wet. Didn't seek warranty replacement because I let it get rained on. Lesson learned.

no threaded hole to put bottom foot on. absolutely no help from customer service. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. was going to start buying stuff here but not working out at all. and they wont let me put a tax number on file for my business.
