VEVOR HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM SINCE 6.5.2026 TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED AND STILL NO HELP. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM PRICE IS IMPORTANT BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND CAN NOT GET ANY SUPPORT IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVING.

Great fan just doesn't go very fast on the highest setting!

I bought 2 units and only 1 works. I got in touch with VEVOR. They were gonna get back in touch with me 3 weeks ago. I feel like I've been ripped off :(

Thought it would of been a bit more powerful as in push more air.

The fan isn't 72", it's in the mid/high 60" range. The remote has 6 speeds but the fan only has 2-3 actual speeds. Not a great fan but it was cheap....so I can't complain a ton.

Purchased two of these fans. Only used a little bit so far. One squeaks and the other is quiet. Need more time to give fair valuation. But the squeaking concerns me that not great quality.

Installed and have been using for a few months. Works ok, doesn’t put as much air out for size. Has developed a noise at start up.

I got my package today, first of all it was delivered two days late and secondly the delivery person left it where it was getting wet from the rain,i’m not sure if the internal got wet but i would have to check tomorrow,in the event it is wet i’ll be reaching out to u guys.

I purchased this fan to install in my 30x40 garage. The fine seems well made but the controller is faulty, it won’t change speeds and then it will slow down to barely moving after 30 seconds. They are supposedly sending a new controller in approximately 10-15 days.

PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS PROBLEM OUT! I absolutely LOVE this fan! The only hiccup I’m facing is figuring out how to get it to turn on automatically when I flip the fan switch. Right now, whenever I turn the switch off and back on, I have to use the remote to get it going. It does beep when the power’s on, which is great, but since I have smart wall switches, I really wish I could just have it turn on at the same settings without needing the remote each time. All my other budget ceiling fans work this way, so I’m a bit puzzled with this one. I tried following the remote instructions, but no luck there. I would definitely buy more of these fans if it weren't for this little issue. I’m even considering getting five more, but I’m hesitant because of the setup challenge. If you’re looking to hardwire it and use the remote, it’s fantastic! Just wish it played nicely with my switches for a smoother operation. Overall, it's a great fan, but I'm hoping for a solution to make it perfect for my setup!
