Fast delivery and good performance, but much louder than advertised Delivery was quick and the airflow performance is perfectly fine. The fan has smooth and precise speed control, which I appreciate. However, the noise level is significantly higher than expected. It is in no way close to the advertised 45 dB. I measured more than 60 dB during operation, which is a substantial difference and makes the fan far from quiet. I don’t know whether my unit is faulty, but based on my experience it does not meet the stated noise specifications.

Niet te veel verwachten van ogenschijnlijk goedkope producten. Ziet er leuk uit,, maar kwaliteit is niet veel. Ventilator is slecht geballanceerd en trilt/ rammelt bij hogere snelheden.

Not satisfied with product , not enough pressure , I installed in line of kitchen range hood to clear out fumes , didn’t get any help even kitchen hood fan has more pressure this is creating obstruction to flow of air so I take out , I want to return it Ple let me know process how to return it Thanks

My personal experience with this fan is has 3 speed modes and the fan did not produce anymore air flow than i was already having with the vevor diesel heater. I was using the duct fan to produce more air flow and the fan did not improve / add to air flow. The fan is extremely weak and not ideal. Not even sure what a person would use this for if it doesn't put out per say.. Im feeling unsatisfied and wanted to return it and the process is difficult and still hasn't been rectified since January 2025 and its October 2025. I would habe wanted to use the money from the fan to buy something else in the vevor catalogue. The help from vevor after they have your money is unacceptable as its not dealt with in a prompt manner..

I try to use this fan as a booster for a guest room's AC; but too noisy to be acceptable.

It arrived safe and fast !! It says 34DB in the description , but unfortunately it is way noiser than that. I bought the AC model . Not sure if the EC model would have been quitter?? Falsely advertised and would not recommend this if you need total silence. Now I have to buy insulation to go around this fan so I don't hear it. To all you in other reviews said it was not noisy , you were dead wrong!!!

already blown a fuse or capaciter inside and wont work anymore but worked really good before it stopped out of knowhere

The fan has arrived and it works when plugged in. I did note however that this fan had been used before because there is dust buildup in the housing and on the edges of the propeller blades and also the blade is slightly pitted and rusting. Unfortunately, none of the extras advertised were included so no stainless steel clamps, hang-up slings, and non-vibration rubber mats and straps. Overall, a disappointing first experience of using this company.

Malgré les preuves évidentes (mail de confirmation, références, photos), le service client nie l’erreur et affirme que le produit reçu serait le bon. C’est tout simplement malhonnête. Envoyer un modèle moins performant et moins cher, puis refuser d’assumer, relève de pratiques trompeuses. En regardant les avis, je ne suis clairement pas un cas isolé : problèmes de retours, mauvaise foi, refus de reconnaître leurs erreurs. Si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre temps, votre argent et devoir vous battre pour faire valoir vos droits, passez votre chemin. Entreprise non fiable, méthodes douteuses, expérience client déplorable.
