It's very good fan for a food truck!

2026 Jayco Jayflight 262RLS SLX came with just a roof vent and push/pull activation handle, not even a "fart fan". Missus insisted we need a fan. Because it uses a push/pull handle the existing vent could not be modified to accept the aftermarket conversion kits available as they use a knob or lever to open the vent. The big name vendors wanted a huge amount of money for the same features this unit offers: reversible, 10 speeds, rain sensor, remote operation and can be operated even when vent cover is closed. This item got good reviews and had a 3 year warranty available, same as my new trailer. As the trailer factory warranty is in place I had a certified RV tech remove the old vent and install this. Missus is really happy with the functionality and as she can't easily reach the controls on the unit itself loves the remote control. We'll have to see how it holds up but it works great on our first trip out with it!

It is perfect. I have mounted it in my pop up camper. It is silent and effective. The only thing i wish it had was that it could’ve been 400x400 instead of 350x350 due to standard hatches is 400mm

rispetto ai più blasonati, fa benissimo il suo lavoro, per il prezzo cje ha mi aspettavo meno qualità. Potrebbero migliorare la manopola manuale per aprire e chiudere per farla un po' più inglobata, sporge parecchio se uno ha un mezzo non molto alto dentro, e darei anche la possibilità di scegliere con oblò non trasparente, di giorno fa molta luce. In fine il telecomando molto comodo, se avesse la retroilluminazione nel display sarebbe davvero il top.

Well-made fan, works well to move air in or out, depending on what you want to do. our trailer is small, 17 feet long. On a wet camping trip, we used a small space heater to provide heat and cracked the lid open and had the fan on low speed 20 or 30%, just to get the air moving and it really helped to dry our wet stuff out. installation took a bit of time, but was straightforward. Great features including reversible, variable speed fan, powered lid, rain sensor. My only suggestion would be to replace the screws. It comes supplied with 316 stainless steel screws of good quality, but they have a Phillips head which is very difficult to torque down without slipping. Much much better would’ve been a Robertson (Square) head or even a Torx head.

This vent fan has 2 directions it spins and 10 speeds. It helps clear the air fast in our RV. I would highly recommend this and will buy again the next time I need to replace or add a fan

Super easy installation (aside from removing the old Dicor 😅) I did have to cut about 3” off of the interior trim piece, but I suppose that is common though not mentioned anywhere.

I like this unit, but I'm concerned about what I consider a design flaw. On the hinge side there is almost no flange to seal it with lap sealant. There's only about 1/8 of an inch of flange (other 3 sides are an inch or more). On top of that 3 screws are fastened through access holes in the hinge, giving you about a 1/4-3/8 inch recess where you'll need to either try to squirt sealant into or pray your butyl tape keeps the water out.
