The VEVOR 35W Smart Solar Roof Ventilation Fan Auto Temperature Control, 2400 CFM was exactly what I needed for my attic cooling application. Solar only, the fan operates as I need to move air through my attic to cool throughout the day. It is an all-metal enclosure and flange which will make it last versus plastic models seen elsewhere for higher prices. It is certainly something I would recommend to someone looking to do the same application.

Received it pretty quick with no issues. Did a little test and put it out side and as soon as the sun hits the solar panel the fans comes on but any shade it turns off. Easiest part is no wires to hook up, just runs while sun hits the panel. Only time it will not run is when it's in the shade or dark or under a certain temperature so in winter in it won't run unless it gets to a certain degree.

We were looking to run power to install a fan in our standard size greenhouse on our AB acreage as it was much too hot. It was going to be a major expensive enterprise to get power out there. I saw these and thought it was worth a shot as a much less expensive alternative. My son installed it in less that an hour and it’s been keeping the greenhouse a reasonable temp ever since. Just does its little thing when the heat rises, and we have happy vegetables now. Brilliant! Time will tell how well it holds up but replacing it is still less that going electrical

So far so good ! Installed about a month to go ! Easy to do , use bottom support plate as template and make circles pattern then use drill to make a 1/2 hole on within circle ⭕️ pattern then use a sawzall to cut out shingle pattern (no need to remove shingles!) After remove shingle pattern (circle cut out) lift up some of top shingle to allow the support plate to go under them! Put roof cement or silicone and screw down plate and trim shingles to go around support plate (note some of support plate will be showing ) Caulk under shingles to secure them ! All DONE

Easy to install did it myself in a hour had to cut the roof and seal it good has help to remove all that extra Florida summer heat.

fan works great but only work when sun is out no power after sun goes down

I installed 2 of the fans on my roof. They work very well.
