Was normal install. Had to add outlets for the adapters. Would like to see the lip on the base plate about 1/2 inch taller so the fan is easier to install on the base plate. Are quite, can hear them from the ground only when it is really calm. Not sure why you are not supposed to use the remote if the thermostat is hooked up.

I cannot yet comment on this purchase. I will be installed when roof is replaced on the manor in June, 2024 timeframe.

The product comes with all you need, but it is not strong enough for a whole garage or likely large attic. Need two. For my situation where the garage is in full sync, it was not enough. In colder climates likely work well.

Not worth the effort. Requires full sun to operate. Even shadow of my hand slows the fan. Runs most of the time on power adapter. I was expecting better performance and efficiency.

Exhaust fan’s remote and/or power cord stopped working so unit only operates with full sun. I tried to ask for after sales support directly from my order and it said my order doesn’t exist!! Terrible and disappointing!

I was sent the wrong product. I need both the remotes and power charger that go with the other model. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, started on Monday and its now Wednesday. I have installer's comingthis Saturday but unable to get ANYONE from customer service to answer my questions on either returning the models I have for the other model or if this model has remotes & power cords that I can purchase.

The solar fan arrived with all parts. However, I tried to spin the blades by hand and found that there was some type of blockage in the motor that prevented it from making even a single, uninterrupted revolution. So, then I plugged it into the AC adapter and turned it on with the same result; It spins to that point and then stops immediately. I contacted Vevor customer support to send me an English copy of the Troubleshooting Guide (which I was not able to get using their QRC). I followed the brief instructions to hopefully correct the problem, but to no avail. The biggest issue I have with this product is that apparently no one at Vevor, from the factory or the distribution team, bothered to verify that the unit that they were shipping to me would actually work. Their QC function is non-existent.

purchased 2 units and they worked well initially looks like the service life of the solar panels is just over 2 years as both units have had their solar panels fail after 2 years - purchased and installed over two different years replacing the solar panel is not something I was expecting but it has now happened twice

Il prodotto è stato installato ma non funziona ed il servizio tecnico a distanza di 1 mese non ha ancora risolto il problema. Tra l'altro il tutto è stato installato da professionisti (lattoniere ed elettricista) ma purtoppo non funziona ed anche dopo tutte le verifiche richieste per scongiurare un errato collegamento non ho ancora una proposta di sostituzione parziale o globale. Veramente pessima esperienza. Il prodotto si vede che è piuttosto economico, ma non abbiamo pensato ad un test a terra per verificarne il funzionamento altrimenti non avrei forato il tetto coibentato.
