Fan worked good for a day and a half then the control board burnt up. So there for I had a bad experience with this particular fan.

Missing Parts
I received my fan without the brackets for the blades. I’m still waiting on the brackets a month later without so much as a tracking number but keep being told to be patient. Very disappointed.

Der Fan dreht sich nicht, obwohl Fernbedienung und Reciever miteinander kommunizieren( Beweis Piepton) und auch Strom in Richtung Motor geht ohne dass sich dieser bewegt (auch kein Brummton!). Per Hand lässt er sich locker drehen!

VEVOR HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM SINCE 6.5.2026 TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED AND STILL NO HELP. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM PRICE IS IMPORTANT BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND CAN NOT GET ANY SUPPORT IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVING.

Attention La fiche technique ne correspond pas au ventilateur vendu. Celui-ci ne fait pas 180cm de diamètre mais à peine plus de 160cm. Et impossible de joindre le service client
