Zboží jsem obdržel v termínu, perfektně zabalené. Ventilátor je vratký. Nemá takovou stabilitu, jak jsem čekal. Jinak funguje bez výhrady! Děkují.

Works good has good airflow. Only complaints the bottom pads don’t hold it still I’ve tried multiple different surfaces. On medium it’s fine just high it slowly vibrates backwards but just gotta put it against somthin an it’s fine

I purchased two of these. Both arrived broken. The handle and wheels on both items we broken upon arrival so we have to lift and carry them. So do not expect to use that feature. They blow fine, the rolling feature is poorly designed and was snapped and broken on both of our units.

Arrivato qualche giorno in ritardo rispetto al tempo stimato per la spedizione , peccato . Cmq usato poi successivamente devo dire che aiuta a raffreddare la moto al box. Fatto un po' di bricolage per posarlo sopra un cavalletto da fotografo per raffreddare la moto nel modo ideale

Was not working out of the box, vevor did send parts but it took a additional 14 days to get them. Replacement parts failed (timer) so we just use it without the timer function

I was looking forward to trying out this product after seeing the largely positive reviews. However, I would highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is simply abismal. After receiving the product, it was unfortunately just simply too large for our space, so I was hoping to return the item and purchase another one of their products that would work better for us. Six days later, after numerous encounters with what seemed like generic responses from AI and constant questions I finally have been told that I cannot get a full refund and will have to pay shipping costs. I encountered a similar issue with another company prior to this purchase and they had a full refund and paid return label sorted within a day of initiation. Should you have any issues with your order do not expect any useful customer service. With so many other companies producing similar items with real care and customer service, you would be much better off looking elsewhere. I suggest you do your research and look around at other people’s experiences as well with this company. A simple google search will explain a lot and I wish that was something I knew before purchasing.

total trash for the price I paid. The electric motor failed after 2 days. what the heck
