The item arrived broken from the factory. I spoke with customer service for three months , but they didn’t respond properly. They tried to send me spare parts from China, which didn’t work. Still after three months I didn’t get any refund and any spare parts.

I cannot recommend buying from Vevor in general, as they try to avoid responsibility during the return process and offer only partial refunds. If the customer does not accept their terms, they turn customer service into a nightmare. Every 48 hours you receive automatically generated messages promising that a “specialist” will get back to you, but after more than a week, nothing has progressed. Their tactic of wearing the customer down probably works on many people, and many will give up on making a complaint because Vevor has created a system that makes customers tired of waiting for a refund.

not a good customer feed back i purchase 7 fan and this one came damage and do not want to do anything for it.

Don't buy if you expect a lifespan of more than a year. Ours stopped working after a year use.

Is I bought these last year so they’ve only been used for about three months in the hot summer months and then they’re turned off all winter and spring. Just went to use them. They have no fan power. So the actual unit does turn so I know that there’s power going to it but the sand themselves the blades do not turn. I bought five of these fans. This is super disappointing Three out of the five are not functioning, so I’m curious how long it’ll take before the other two aren’t also not this is way too much money to spend on items that were not used excessively and society short period of time they were kept indoors they were dry. There should be no reason that they don’t work .
