I have bought things often from Vevor.... Fan arrived broken. Reported it on Vevor's website with a video showing it will not turn on and is charged. Received a message they will respond in 48 hours. I had to reach back out 2 weeks later, as I heard nothing. I emailed them again, and they wanted another video, then then said they found my original complaint and to wait for a response again in 48 hours. I checked back the next day... and they noted I refused to provide the information they requested?!? They closed it as resolved. I emailed to note IT IS NOT Resolved. Again told to wait 48 hours. Them an email the very next day "Resolved".
I STILL have a broken fan I paid 40 dollars for. I've requested a refund, or for a new fan to be sent... adding I will send the broken one back.... nothing

Got this today. There are 9 speeds, all of which are just slow. Completely pointless having 9 speeds if the 9th isn't much better than the 1st.
Add also says its rechargeable......it doesn't have a battery to recharge. It has to be plugged in all the time so completely fake advertising also.

Ordered a 2 pack of 6” grow tent fans. Received them in a few days. One worked as it should the other will blow air but will not oscillate just makes a clicking sound. Filed a claim online said I should hear from them by end of next day. That was days ago still waiting???

Huijausta koko homma. Ostin 2kpl näitä tuulettimia ja molemmat saapuivat perille, mutta epäkuntoisina. Tuuletin puhaltaa yhdellä teholla eikä se oskiloi ollenkaan. En voi suositella ja nyt yritän saada myyjiin yhteyttä jotta saan rahani takaisin ja lähettää nämä takaisin
