Ik gebruik de handpers ondertussen een aantal weken intensief en moet zeggen dat ik blij verrast ben. De bekken zijn kleiner dan mijn vorige automatische tang, en de kop roteert dus zeer bruikbaar in kleinere ruimtes. De persenkoppen tonen na een 100-tal persen nog geen enkele slijtage. De pers is licht en meer dan krachtig genoeg. Dus zeker de moeite waard en uniek voor deze prijs!

I used it for ~9 crimps of 3/4 copper over a saturday. Would I want to do 50 fittings a day with this tool? Absolutely not. Did it punch far above it's price point and get the job done at a fraction of the cost of a power tool or a 4k rigid? Absolutely. If I was replumbing my whole house, I'd spend for the rigid. If you're repiping a hot water heater and updating it, or doing another weekend job once a year, this was well worth it.

Used to match the previous plumbers connections when doing a dual water heater. The press on the fittings look better than the existing ones.

I still do mostly soldering, but when I come across some jobs where there is a drip, etc I use this. I dont use it too much because there were reviews about it failing. I think if you over do the hydraulic it might fail quicker, but so far it has been worth the money. The crimpers have been holding up and have not worn yet, the hydraulic is still good. I think as long as you have used a motorized crimper before it should last. I am sure there are bad batches, but so far mine has been holding up. I have done enough for it to pay for itself. I figured if I got 500 crimps out of it, that is enough to get me by until i go grab the Milwaukee press crimper. I think it should be close or more, and I think a guy could change the seals in it fairly easy, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you know what to look for in a crimped fitting and when using the tool to ensure you get a full crimp..
