It looks good and heats, but I can’t stop a leak at the connection. Trying some flex seal to see if that works, I have tried all of vevor’s troubleshooting tips and they didn’t work. My 100’ heated hose works like a charm

The hose functions flawlessly. However, the first month of use the water smelt and tasted like plastic. Even after filtering twice.. I even ran around 50gallons of water through before use.

Bought this a few months back in preparation for winter use. Opened it up today and was definitely disappointed. It appears from the pictures to be a good hose. And I liked the listed features. But upon opening. The hose diameter is smaller than any hose I’ve ever seen. Approximately 3/8” diameter Id. And kinked everywhere. And all the kinks have a memory. I tried for hours to remove the kinks. To no avail. Left it out in the sun. Ect. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to using this hose. But it’s not even usable.

Really disappointed. I used this hose all winter worked great so pleased with it. About 2 months ago I started getting a chemical smell. I reached out asking if this was normal and they just offered a 37 dollar refund. I switched to a different hose hoping to find a solution before winter gets her again. I’ve had this hose for about 6 months. I’m not sure it’s safe for drinking water as it’s advertised and another reviewer mentioned the same problem.

I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!!!

The hose I purchased has stopped a Working

If there is water left inside the hose even for 8 hours it tastes like mint. I started researching why it would taste that way and it turns out that some plasticizers can cause a hose to taste minty. I would pass on this purchase. I am horrified that I've been using this hose for so long.

We bought this hose to keep our livestock watered during the winter. The price was great and It arrived very quickly like everything else we've bought from VEVOR. Unfortunately, when we connected it, it leaked from somewhere above the metal fixtures. As this was nothing we could fix ourselves we requested a return for refund. Sadly, VEVOR denied a full refund, and we had to settle for 60% and keeping the defective hose. As we would have had to pay for return shipping it was roughly equal to full return anyways. While the defective hose was no fault of the retailer, I'm unhappy with the customer service for this particular purchase. The customer service I've received in the past has been great but this time, it was not. We are out some money and have a hose that will be thrown out. Had the product been in good working condition, it would have been ideal, as it was flexible, came with changeable connectors and was a great length. I purchased it based on positive previous reviews. While I MIGHT purchase from VEVOR in the future, I will more carefully consider what sort out items I buy from them as I most definitely do not want that hassle again.
