This saw which was purchased from the VEVOR site, was a bad decision. The customer service was contacted on the same day it was received or abouts. There were issues just by looking at it, and pics was sent. The only outcome from that was a refund of $85 (CAN) if we kept the saw, which we did. Another bad decision. Once the project started, everything set up to do the job. Well, here we go again. The breaker continued to blow, the motor got hot. My husband is an experience person with this stuff and has been doing it for years. He can tell whether or not there is a problem with a motor. Well, sadly to say this saw is best in the garbage. The only good thing about it is the blade. It's frustrating, you spend money only to throw it away. It would be nice to have a complete refund as I don't believe a replacement would work either. there are pics provided of the job being done, and can't do it. Can't even download pics of the project. Bad all way round with this saw. Upset that so much time nd money has been lost.

En y allant doucement j’ai réussi à scier plus de 30m linéaires de béton armé, le guide de profondeur ne permet pas de descendre à plus de 14cm, la pompe et sont robinet font un peut jouet, il faut parfois la secouer pour l’amorcer. J’ai redressé pas mal de choses avant l'utilisation pour que notamment les roues soient dans l'axe de la machine, ou que le guide soit centré. Si l’on omet ces détails la machine est robuste.

Me basta con un magneto de 16A tipo C. En España las condiciones de AC son 230v y 50Hz y, como supuse, los comentarios que decían que necesitaba 30A eran porque en EEUU y Canadá se trabaja casi con la mitad de tensión. La máquina funciona de manera correcta y corta fácilmente muros de ladrillo tosco con cemento y enfoscado. ¡LA HE USADO POCO AÚN! (Por ello sólo las tres estrellas, aunque, en lo que la he usado, merece al menos cuatro) Es un muerto, lógicamente. Olvidaos de cortar por encima de vuestra cintura sin ayuda de un contrapeso que te permita manejarlo con "cierta" seguridad. He logrado hacer cortes en horizontal, pero levanta más polvo (porque el disco se moja menos) y con el sistema contrapeso que he ideado tengo que TENER CUIDADO PARA QUE EL PESO NO REPOSE SOBRE EL DISCO (por seguridad). El sistema de.bomba del agua es lo que menos logrado está, pero funciona y es de gran ayuda sobre todo si no te importa el barrizal que se monta. Espero que siga así.

The saw is decent for the price. Having read other reviews and understanding the power draw, we started with a 35A ciruit originally meant for a welder and put an adapter box with a top quality 20A/120 recepticle on the end of our big extension cord to use the supplied 15A/120 plug at 30 plus amps... We ran it hard, sawing full depth cuts in bluestone bedlayers cutting a drainage channel without destroying the adjacent bedrock driveway surface. The little included pump is a freebe, didn't work well so we hooked it to a hose and save the pump for remote use only later. Checking draw, it was a full 3200W; warmed up the plug a bit but it was cold out so it was fine. The blade was kind of slow so we replaced it with a blade that cost a bit more than the entire saw which more than doubled the cut rate. Delivery was terrible; took weeks longer than advertised but that is partly on the delivery company Ontrac. Overall, a decent saw for the money but not an equal to say a Hilti...

It’s a good saw for the price, but it’s a bit heavy, which makes it harder to control and lift and cut or extended cutting. It also kept tripping the breaker in the main electrical panel, which was frustrating and time consuming. Not bad for small jobs or homeowners use but I wouldn’t use for professional jobs

It’s great but, the little plastic nipple for the water broke. If they used a bit more of quality components, it would be an excellent product. Great for the price!

Trips the breaker after a couple minutes of use. Not real satisfied and would not buy again or recommend to anyone.

Apro un ticket per segnalare che il manuale in inglese presente nella confezione è carente sull'utilizzo del macchinario e vi chiedo assistenza, per tutta risposta mi inviate di nuovo il manuale in italiano che rispecchia fedelmente quello originale in inglese.....carente allo stesso modo! Assistenza al cliente inadeguata!!!

Likes to trip the breakers on the cord very easy. And the main breaker. Wish it would cut a little deeper than it does being such a big blade. Wasn't very happy with the product. I'm hoping the Jackhammer is a little bit different.
