Puntos fuertes: Sencilla manejo, económica, muchos complementos.

I purchased it to cut top of the trees that I could reach with my 2m pole saw. It has done the job perfectly. Good points - price, easy to start, good chain, thick poles. Bad points - it is very heavy, some parts feel very cheap but that to be expected, manual could be better. Overall it was a good buy

Not the machine I ordered. Only 25 not 52.

Great saw for the price. Powerful engine, beware the fuel lines on the primer may come off.. overall for the price a good buy.

Motor ist ok. Kette ist für den Mistkübel

As yet have been unable to start the machine. Followed all directions very closely, some images in manual showed a completely different saw, making it even more confusing. Images in manual were very difficult to decipher. Reaching out for support today, of I can ever locate the order number, which is not shown in any of my completed orders. Not pleased thus far.

it works and will do small jobs abou the house, its by no means a pro tool or even semi pro, the trigger gets stuck somtimes and the plastic is lower quality but its value is measured in cutting and it does that for a low price

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a product that cannot be assembled as described in the manufacturer's instructions and instructional video. I have carefully followed the assembly video and instructions exactly as provided. However, it appears that the unit supplied, particularly the components involving the anti-rotation screws, does not match the assembly procedure demonstrated by the manufacturer. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of both your warranty and technical support departments, neither has been willing to accept responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution

I hate the product. It is far too heavy, the components are poor quality, and I feel like I’ve been ripped off.
