I needed to dig 6 holes and for the price of this auger, I thought "even if it breaks after these 6, it's worth it". To my surprise, it showed up and seemed legit. Added the oil and gas, it fired right up after 2 pulls. I dug those 6 holes last year. I stored it in the garage and needed to dig 3 this spring for small trees. Primed it and started right up after about 3 pulls. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars on quality and features only because I ran into some bigger roots and the motor just didn't have the power to cut through it. Features... well there really are not that many you can add to an auger ( pull start, kill switch and throttle). I would recommend this for home use.

I would buy it again, it is a back saver. It starts real easy every time. It was a good purchase.

Had alot of trouble starting. Finally started with closed choke.

Used for about 15 holes so far and everything ran great.. Only issue would be that I had to adjust the throttle and gas mixtures it was getting before it would run properly. Wish it came ready to go in that sense. Otherwise has ran great do far

This gas powered auger did excellent. Only complaint would be during the initial assembly the bolts can be installed the wrong way and smash the handles.

Its seem like a decent machine. But I had trouble with the start stop switch right out of the box. I messed with it n git it to work. Then it acted up again after digging 5 holes. So ill tear it apart n see if I can fig it out.

This auger works great and is manageable when digging but be careful in rocky soil as it will grab and twist out of your hands. My 3 star rating for quality is because it is extremely difficult to start when it's hasn't been used for a few days. I could just have a bad carburetor on mine, I don't know. It's not bad enough to return it and it runs great once it finally starts.

I get the auger together and gassed up. When I get it running, the blade/drill started to go on its own. It flew from my hands because I wasn't expecting it to kick on as soon as I started it. I managed to get it off, and found out you have to adjust the carburetor or whatever. I managed to tweak it to not turn on as soon as I get it started. The product works, but should have warning for automatic start, and more reference to tweaking the motor. Had to do an online search to find out what we going on, and how to adjust it. Overall it's a good product for the price. Got seven post dug in gumbo soil in little over an hour. Using this machine can be exhausting, so be ready.
