I received the auger, assembled it, tried to use it but it started at high rpm because the throttle cable was too short and has no adjustment. The machine won't idle, making it dangerous to use. I requested a refund, customer service finally sent me a shipping label, and I SHIPPED IT FROM A FedEx drop off on May 12. I got an email from FedEx confirming they had received it. I notified Vevor customer service that it had been shipped. Since that time I've heard nothing from Vevor.

I was able to get 6 holes done. Then the pull string stopped retracting.. 3rd item from vevor that broke within the first few times of use.. smh

Sad to say, it didnt work. The choke does not engage. You have to hold it to try turning it on but it still did not turn on. Dont know what to do and dont have time to take it to return. Also, I threw box out to trash. Will take the loss and not order anymore from vevo.

This is not good too much noise, the air hot coming directly to the face. Never buy again.

Death trap

Unfortunately Evri are sitting on this at the delivery depot. This is the second time now for the same item. I have no idea if it’s any good. VEVOR just takes my money then doesn’t deliver!

We are having trouble with the throttle and don’t know how to get a hold of someone. It hasn’t worked since we put it together.

I need my auger my 252 cc they come with two blades and all the extensions 36 inch extensions, etc. that were supposed to all been shipped together y’all said, but then somehow y’all messed that up

Won’t start. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Says 30days money back hassle free and no number to call, won’t email me back. Worst money ever spent

This is the worst of the tools Vevor ever produced and one of the worst i ever owned. First, it was IMPOSSIBLE to start. Almost lost a lung, huffing and puffing trying to start it. After an hour.... I realized , the muffler is turned your way, so I turned the handles and had to almost take everything apart. Upon trying to start it the second time, the pull cord broke! This is CRAP!! Don't even get me started about the choke lever that is IMPOSSIBLE to move. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this adventure. There are other PRODUCTS in the market.
