Post hole auger work great I live in a rocky part of the county and it goes right through. Best thing ever

This auger was amazing. Right out the box just add 2 stroke gas and fired right up. Small amount of assembly was required but way less than expected. Best bang for your buck and very strong auger. Highly reccomend!

The auger works great, after some fiddling. Upon first start-up, the RPMs were too high and we couldn't get the bit to stop spinning. The reason is because the throttle cable would not allow the throttle arm to fully return against the idle speed adjustment screw; the cable isn't long enough. So, I removed the cover, tilted and lifted the cable-end out of its hole in the throttle arm and moved it back one hole. Problem solved. I don't understand how it left the factory like this, especially considering that I bought two of these augers, and both had the same problem. Easy fix, but odd and unpleasant surprise upon first start-up.

Ottima per hobbysti. Funziona molto bene. Facile da montare e da usare. Nessun problema anche nei terreni più duri.

Heb deze grondboor aangeschaft voor het plaatsen van een schutting, voor deze prijs kan je er niet tegen op huren. Wel na drie keer de bougie moeten vervangen omdat de afstand tussen elektroden niet voordiende was. Daarna geen problemen meer gehad ( reserve bougie en sleutel zaten erbij. Een klein negatief puntje dat zijn de R-Clips waar de pennen mee geborgd zitten. Op dat vlak kan men wel iets verbeteren aangezien deze r-clips zo nu en dat er af vlogen, en niet makkelijk zijn terug te vinden in het net opgegraven zand..foto toegevoegd ter verbetering van de R-Clips

It's a good tool. I have used it to drill 5/6 fence posts holes. Worked pretty well. There is one issue I found with the locking pin (see attached photo). The locking pin got deformed after use. My concern is that with continuous use the locking pin will eventually break. Replacing the pin with a bit stronger material, maybe a steel pin, might work better and will be safer (but I am not sure if there is a reason for using the softer material? anyway...) Since it is deformed it will not fit now. So I am trying to find the same size locking pin in the hardware store for my next use.

They are great but the packaging is very poorly done, they get to me most missing screws and nuts. Need to put more attention to packaging

I’ve used this now for about 12 holes. Runs really good easy to start Bounces around pretty good if it’s in rocky soil Does a decent job for the price. Considering a rental machine is 90$ a day
