This product is really an excellent quality/price ratio. Very useful that it comes with 2 sizes of bits. Used it to drill holes in a gravel area to plant small tress in. Easy to start and handle. Made the job a breeze. I would recommend

JUNK, broken after 3 holes. starter mechanism too weak . starter rope never return for right position . replacement really fast thanks

Auger worked very well however the screw that hold the foam air breather in place will not tighten up and is stripped for some reason. The only way to use the auger is without the air breather and in dusty conditions it will not last very long

I bought this tool to install a 250 foot fence on the front of my property. On the second hole i drilled the choke plastic piece broke! It too 15 days to get replacement parts. I jury rigged to tool to complete my project. The tool itself worked great. It was difficult to drilled holes because of the abundance of rocks in the soil on my property. Waiting for the weather to cool to drill more holes for the rest of my fencing plan.

This item is working well for me it saved me a lot of manual labor. You do need to be careful when you use it as it will give you quite a jolt if it hits any obstructions.

Solid machine. Using it for fence posts and plantings, both coming along quickly and much more easily. Only issue are the clevis pins are bending, but customer service is sending out new ones. Pleased overall.

Pay $160 to rent or $113 to own. I’m paying $113 to own. Auger works very well. I only have two complaints. The fill/drain hole for gear casing cannot be accessed without cutting some of the provided Allen key off. Even with my expensive tools it’s not possible. My other gripe is with the carb. It won’t idle in “run”. I can only have it 3/4 of the way open. I cannot for the life of me figure out what tool to use to turn it. Basic carb adjustment driver kits do not have what this needs. Will probably throw an aftermarket carb on it down the road. For now it dug 25 holes in 3 hours in the hardest of red clay soil mostly comfortably.
